1In a deep pan heat the olive oil. Add garlic, spring onion, caraway seeds and grounded coriander.
2Saute all these ingredients for 2 mins.
3Pour the stock and simmer until its boiling.
4Add the celery, lime zest and juice and leave to simmer for 5 mins.
5Add the broccoli and simmer for 3 mins.
6Add the spinach leaves and simmer for another 2 mins.
7As a last add the avocado and salt and blend until smooth.
