1In a large pan heat the olive oil, about 3 tbsp. Add chopped onion and chopped chorizo and sauté for cca 3 mins. Add chicken and fry for 5 mins. Add garlic, rosemary, paprika and stir in the beans. Let it boil for 5 mins. Add the stock, cream and butter. Bring to the boil and simmer until the chicken is tender. Before you finish it sprinkle salt and ground black pepper. If the soup is too watery, mix 1 tbsp with a bit of cream, whisk it so it doesn't have any floury bits and pour into the soup. A simmer for 1 more min.
