Add onion, celery and garlic. Cooking, stirring frequently, until vegetables are aromatic and glossy, about 5 minutes. 2Add stock. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Add chickpeas, dill and lemon juice. 3Season with salt and pepper.
