1Heat the oil in the saucepan and add the onion, garlic and potatoes. Cook and stir for 5 mins.
2Add the stock, bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 15 mins.
3Use the stick blender until the soup is smooth.
4Add the sweetcorn, crab meat and chilli sauce. Stir well and heat it through for 4 mins.
5Toss the coriander and serve.
