1Heat olive oil in the pan. Add diced onion and cook until slightly gold. Add sliced kolbasa and stir for 2-3 mins.
2Add water bay leaf, potatoes, carrots, celery, cabbage and parsley. Cook for about 30mins or until all vegetable is soft.
3In a small mug mix 100ml of water with one tablespoon of flour and whisk until is smooth without any bits. Pour this thickening sauce into the boiling soup and let it boil for another 1 min.
4Taste with salt and pepper.
