Another lovely kind of pasta soup from sunny Italy!

Directions

1Mix all ingredients except pasta in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker.

2Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 hours

3After 8 hours stir in pasta and cook for another 15 mins or until the pasta is tender. Increase heat setting to high.

500g boneless chicken

2 diced carrots

1 onion chopped

1/2 cup halved or chopped pitted green olives

2 garlic chopped

1l chicken broth

1 can diced tomatoes, undrained

1 cup uncooked small pasta
