Italian vegetable soup with chicken 0 5 0

This chicken soup is full of goodness and flavour, and it's filling too.

1In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.


3Add onion and carrot, and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in zucchini, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.


2 tbs olive oil

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces

1 onion, chopped

1 cup sliced carrots

300g sliced zucchini

2 cans diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano

2 cans chicken broth
