1Heat the oil in the pan. Add the chopped onion and garlic and fry it for two minutes.

2Pour in the stock. Bring slowly to simmer. Continuing to simmer. Add the pak

3choi stems, spring onion and cook for 15 minutes.

4Add the pak choi leaves, kurkuma and tamari or soy sauce and simmer for five minutes.

2 spring onions, chopped

olive oil

1/2 tsp of kurkuma

2 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed

1 litre of veg stock

2 heads of pak choi, finely chopped

soy sauce
