Smooth, healthy and filling with a good taste of parma ham.

1In a medium pot, saute onions in oil. Add the frozen peas and enough water to cover ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.


3Cover, and cook for about 20mins. You may need to add more water as the soup continues to cook.


5Once the soup is cooked let it cool down for a bit and use the food blender to make it smooth.


7In the saucepan with one spoon of olive oil, fried the cubes of parma ham.


9Serve to the bowl and toping with fried parma ham and a bit of cream.


1 cup chopped onion

1 tsp vegetable oil

700g frozen peas

200g parma ham, chopped for small cubes

salt and pepper to taste
