1Put the chicken legs and the whole onions into a pot with approximately 2l of water and bring to the boil.

2Once is boiling, reduce the heat to medium and leave to simmer for about 1 hour. Remove the chicken and onions.

3Add the washed rice and stock cubes into the chicken stock and simmer until the rice is soft, about 15 to 20 minutes.

4Add salt to taste and garnish with the fresh parsley.


2 chicken legs

2l water

2 whole onions (peeled)

300g rice

2 chicken stock cubes


chopped fresh parsley, to taste
