  • Yields: 4 Bowls


1In the deep pan saute onion and garlic in olive oil until soft and slightly brown.

2Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

3Add sliced salmon and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

4Add pepper and salt. Stir in spinach just before you take it off the heat.


1l chicken broth

300g fresh salmon, sliced

1 clove of garlic, chopped

1 onion, chopped

4 tbsp olive oil

1 bunch fresh spinach, chopped

1⁄4 tsp cayenne pepper
