1Mix the pork, coriander root, garlic and salt together. You can make small meatballs.
3Boil the stock and add the meat balls and boil until they are cooked (about 2 minutes). Then add the Chinese cabbage and tofu and simmer for 2 minutes.
5Add the glass noodles, soy sauce and black pepper. Turn off the heat and serve garnished with Chinese celery and spring onions.
