Another way to make the Tomato soup tastier!

1In a deep pan heat the olive oil and butter and fry the onion, garlic,celery and chilli until softened.

2Add the chopped tomatoes, dried herbs, paprika and pour the stock. Simmer for 40 mins.

3Add the honey and salt and liquidise with hand blender. Add grounded black pepper.

4Serve with crispy bread and fresh basil leaves.


4 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp honey

50g butter

red onion

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 celery stick, chopped

1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped

500g of peeled and chopped tomatoes or canned tomatoes

0,5l vegetable stock

1 tbsp dried oregano

1 tbsp dried thyme

1 tbsp paprika


black grounded pepper

fresh basil
