1Warm the olive oil in a large soup pot over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook for 2mins.
2Add minced beef and cook for another 10 mins. Stir in paprika, black pepper and salt.
3Add tomatoes, carrots and garlic and saute until soft, about 2 minutes.
4Add the tomato sauce, broth, beans, red pepper flakes and pasta. Simmer for 10 minutes.
